📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using PMS and CRM tools.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
