In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand’s identity and marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative designs for various media channels, including social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. Additionally, you will manage and ensure the accuracy of our data management systems, which are crucial for our retail operations. This involves data entry, validation, and reporting, ensuring that our inventory and sales data are up-to-date and reliable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement creative graphic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Manage and maintain data management systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability of inventory and sales data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align graphic designs with brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain visual content for various media channels, including websites, social media, and print materials.
• Conduct data entry, validation, and reporting to ensure up-to-date and accurate data for retail operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze data trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with data management policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs.
• Experience with data management systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and data management in a retail setting is a plus.
