📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop lithium-ion battery systems for various applications, including electric vehicles, renewable energy storage, and consumer electronics.
• Conduct simulations and analyses using industry-standard tools such as MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, and ANSYS to optimize battery performance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery systems into larger energy solutions.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure battery performance meets regulatory and customer requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.
• Participate in product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring that battery systems are scalable and cost-effective.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in battery systems.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery technology, with a focus on lithium-ion batteries.
• Strong background in battery modeling, simulation, and testing.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, and ANSYS.
• Knowledge of battery materials, including anode, cathode, electrolyte, and separator materials.
• Understanding of battery safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
