📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and architects.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales with customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the building materials market and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
