📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies for port operations.
• Utilize advanced planning tools such as SAP, JDA, and other industry-standard software to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in planning and scheduling processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain planning, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certifications in logistics and supply chain management, such as APICS, CPIM, or CPSM, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of port operations and familiarity with maritime logistics.
• Proficient in using advanced planning tools such as SAP, JDA, and other industry-standard software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
