📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Generate and convert high-quality leads into sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both new and existing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Work closely with the finance team to process transactions and manage customer inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on commission-based earnings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
• Promote Classic Credit’s brand and products through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
