📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.,Manage our social media advertising campaigns.,Report on social media metrics and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Strong understanding of social media analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
