📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate the mobilization process for Accenture's Construction & Infrastructure Projects in Bali.,Develop and implement mobilization plans, including resource allocation, logistics, and communication strategies.,Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.,Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project management best practices.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive informed decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the construction and infrastructure sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental considerations in the construction industry.
