Agung Nanda Bakery is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and orderliness. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.,Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.,Promote the restaurant's menu and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good time management and organizational skills.
