Production Manager (Electronics) - SMT/PCB Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at our electronics manufacturing facility in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of operators, and ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality.
• Manage a team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to work efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement, working with the team to implement changes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to ensure that all products meet customer requirements.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans, ensuring that all products are manufactured on time and to budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and PCB manufacturing processes, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali and to other locations as needed.
