📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create high-quality visual content for luxury property marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the sales and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce professional and visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the visual appeal of our marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and print media.
• Present and pitch design concepts to the team, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the luxury property or real estate industry, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury and high-end design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
