Indonesia Furniture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. You will also lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and training to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and training to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and minimizing tax liabilities.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing training and guidance to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of tax-related processes.,Monitor and report on tax-related risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation and exploitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTX.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working with multinational clients is a plus.,Familiarity with tax software and technology is a plus.
