📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage inventory to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Plan and organize events and promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
