📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed kitchen schedules and work orders.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among kitchen staff.
• Maintain accurate records of food costs and usage.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
