📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Support the operations team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of operations activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Provide support in the development and implementation of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or equivalent).,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Good knowledge of maritime operations and procedures.,Familiarity with operational software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate.
