Apotek Hana Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service by maintaining standards for taste, presentation, and cleanliness.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff turnover.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Promote the restaurant's brand and image through effective marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
