🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
