Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.,Work closely with other department heads to ensure that our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently as a whole.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the department and the restaurant as a whole.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to ensure that our restaurants remain competitive and successful.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of employees.,A passion for Indonesian cuisine and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that all staff are trained and compliant.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Experience in a similar role within the fast-food or casual dining industry is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
