📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the bank's vision and goals.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to measure campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product development and customer service.
• Oversee brand management, including logo design, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to enhance online presence and customer acquisition.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market expansion and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Certification in marketing management or a related field is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in leading marketing initiatives for retail and consumer products in the banking sector.
