Smart New Abadi is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our fleet and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned fleet vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and customer interactions,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of drivers,High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with additional training or certifications in fleet management
