📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic HR advice and support to the store manager, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for new employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR practices with business goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on retail or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
