📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our hotel management system,Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Provide technical support to customers and users of our hotel management system,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
