Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical queries,Participate in product development and improvement processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
