📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all sales and service targets, and work with the team to identify and implement strategies to improve performance.,Manage the store's budget and financial performance, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Train and develop store staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them succeed in their roles.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.,Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
