📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the distribution team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
