📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.,Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing decisions.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and data initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and data-driven initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and digital marketing to continuously improve our strategies.,Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices to protect customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven marketing strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.,Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
