📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of consultants and analysts in developing and implementing strategic plans for enterprise transformation.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, strategic planning, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading transformational projects.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and enterprise architecture software like Aris or Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
