Tech Link Unggul is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Branch Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve branch goals and objectives.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
