📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using PMS and CRM tools.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Monitor front desk operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk operations in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
Proficient in using PMS and CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of local regulations and hospitality industry standards.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
