Web Star Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and ensure they align with company requirements.,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation.,Assist in the coordination of background checks and reference verifications.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
